Order Cancellation

1.1. Service Cancellation by Client: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified online. Please contact Reviving Ayurved's customer support as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

1.2 Service Cancellation by Reviving Ayurved: Reviving Ayurved reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, operational issues, or client non-compliance. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and may offer a rescheduled date, alternative solution, or appropriate refund if applicable.

Refund Eligibility

2.1. Refunds, only if applicable, are issued based on the type of product or service purchased. Certain products or services may have specific refund conditions, which can be enquired at the time of placing order.
2.2. Refunds, only if applicable, may be available after deduction of all the costs and expenses incurred by Reviving Ayurved.
